Color Enhanced Diamond - It was meant to be?

I was at the jewelers a few weeks ago for a new battery in my watch and he showed me some green diamonds that he just got in. It was a nice green, not like an Emerald green. I'm not good at describing color, but it was a nice green color.

He said they were treated in some way and the color would not change. The price was low I was surprised. The diamonds had some stuff inside, I could see using his microscope. But I really did like that color.

I was doing some research and now I feel OK about color enhanced diamonds. I have our 20th anniversary next month and a green diamond pendant would be perfect.
